Paul Randall and Associates produce open / distance training packages for
various NEBOSH qualifications and support students using those packages.
Students are able to work through the Chichester centre or
through one of the centres around the UK which use our packages as a
component of their own health and safety training provision. |
 |
The team of
people who make up Paul Randall and Associates have, between them, many
years of experience in the provision of health and safety training, from
University MSc programmes to the various NEBOSH qualifications.
The map
indicates the location of organisations in the
UK which use our packages in the provision of NEBOSH qualifications.
Students without access to one of these local centres are able to study
through the Chichester centre.
We also have
similar links with organisations in the West Indies, Africa and the far
East and we continue to support Certificate students from around the
world.

As of June 2008, to
summarise recent developments in the world of NEBOSH …
The
NGC continues to attract large numbers of students, providing a
well-respected basic health and safety qualification.
The
structural changes to the NEBOSH Certificate family of qualifications:
National General Certificate (NGC), Fire Certificate (FC) and Construction
Certificate (CC) are now well-established and many candidates are taking
the opportunity to add the FC and / or the CC to their existing NGC
qualification. The reason why the NCG, FC and CC qualifications are able
to parallel and plug into one another is of course because they are all
‘driven’ by the key HSE publication HSG65 Successful health and safety
management.
We
are pleased to say that we now have gained accreditation from NEBOSH for
our FC package; see the link below for more details – you may be agreeably
surprised how little we are charging for our FC package. (Our CC
accreditation from NEBOSH will, we hope, not be far behind.) |
|
We hope that, perhaps
during 2008, NEBOSH will then move on to add an Environmental Management
Certificate to their palate of unitised courses.
The one part NEBOSH
Diploma has undergone significant fine tuning during its first two years:
developing a consistent pattern of questions, the system for assignments
etc, and the qualification appears now to have settled down to a form
which we expect will continue for several years.
For information about our
work in these and other areas, please follow the
study programmes link below.
Our links with other
training organisations, both in the UK and around the world, continue to
flourish and we are always pleased to hear from new training organisations
that might be interested in using our material, both for open courses and
on conventional day release / block courses. Other training providers
will find our prices are very competitive indeed.
The following
packages are available or under development:

We are keen to further our links with organisations
which have parallel interests in health and safety training; for example:
use of our material as part of an existing training provision or working
together to create new packages or translating existing packages into
different languages for sale in the UK and abroad. |
